Le Erbe di Janas Methi (Fenugreek), 100 g

Fenugreek, also known as Methi, is used as a hair care product in cases of hair loss. It acts as a stimulant, providing increased fullness and suppleness, and promotes hair growth thanks to the high content of phytoestrogens.

Methi nourishes, plumps, minimises the appearance of wrinkles and improves skin elasticity. Therefore, the powder can also be applied to the decollete in form of a mask.

Fenugreek has a spicy scent with a hint of liquorice notes and can be mixed well with other plant powders to give them a more pleasant aroma.

Note: Do not use during pregnancy!

Application:

• Mix 1 spoonful of methi with 125 ml of water until a uniform paste is formed.
• Allow to rest overnight and check if enough moisture has been drawn out the next day - it should be an even-looking paste without any clumps.
• If the paste is crumby then too little water was added. Add a small amount of water (up to 1 glassful) and mix. Allow the paste to rest for a few more hours.
• The paste can also be mixed with a blender to dissolve the clumps and achieve a more uniform and delicate consistency.
• It is of great importance to mix methi with sufficient water, otherwise, it will extract water from the hair and dry it out instead of hydrating it.
