Description
Sesame oil, the traditional Ayurveda Oil, has a long tradition as a massage oil in Indian medicine. The Farfalla organic sesame oil penetrates well into the skin and is an excellent carrier oil for active ingredients. Thanks to its content of phytosterols and linoleic acid, it regenerates the lipid layers of the stratum corneum. This intensive care is particularly good for dull and skin that is prone to dryness.
Application: Massage the body for 3-5 minutes in the morning to stimulate the skin.
Oil pulling: swirl in the mouth for 5-10 minutes and "pull" through the gaps of the teeth as well. Do not swallow the oil. Rinse the mouth with warm water and brush the teeth.
