Works very well for dry skin and eczema on babies and young children, my kids get some angry patches on face in winter. Apparently one has to avoid olive oil on eczema, because olive oil feeds the bio-film of bad bacteria on the skin which weakens the defense barrier of the skin. No olive oil in this balm, might be the reason why this worked were other natural creams and balm didn't.
