The herbal tea tastes slightly spicy, and tastes just as good in the evening as it does during times of stress or simply during the day.
The Hildegard relaxing tea shimmers in a bright yellow with a green tint. The spicy flavor is reminiscent of a summer meadow in southern France. A pleasant spiciness combined with of lavender and sage distinguishes the mild taste.

I've tried many relaxing infusions in my life and have to say that this is one of the best I have ever tasted. Lavender and a delicate after taste of fennel, sage and melissa are the predominant notes, which makes this herbal infusion different from all the others. Sonnetor says that the 'Hildegard line' products are inspired by what Hildegard von Bingen (a superb middle ages polymath) herself suggested in her writing for mixing herbs. I can't wait to try all of them.
