Sonnentor Cherry Stone Hot or Cold Pillow

This product has a wide range of uses as a "Dry hot water bottle" or as soothing cold compress.

For use as a "dry hot water bottle": Warm the cherry stones in the oven. Place the warmed cherry stone pillow on the affected area. The cherry stone pillow absorbs heat slowly, and has a significant advantage over the water-filled hot water bottle: the cherry stones do not cool off as quickly as the water. Heat at a maximum of 100 ° C for about 5-10 minutes in the oven (hot air).

Use as a cold compress by placing the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer. Place the chilled cherry stone pillow directly on the affected body parts. The cherry stones radiate cold.
