Does this come out as foam or as the gel soap? I ask because my three year old would probably use less if it came out foaming already and filled her hand. She would use less. Many thanks!

It is a mousse. You need a different dispenser for that. The one that actually makes foam and not just gives doses of soap. I didn't get that initially. But the soap at the end is nice, and smells good. Also, it doesn't dry skin, at least in our family.
