The green plums (Prunus mume) grow wild in a bee sanctuary in South-East Asia and are harvested by hand. The fruits are allowed to ferment in their own juice for at least 30 months before being coated in herbs and fruit and individually packaged to best preserve their flavour. The plums acquire their distinctive sweet and sour taste thanks to the fermentation and herb coating.

Recommended usage:

• The manufacturer recommends taking half to a whole ShareOriginal^® plum daily for at least 3 months.
• The fruit can ideally be consumed before going to bed.
• Caution: The fruits contain stones, chew carefully!
• Drink 500 ml warm water afterwards.
• If this is the first time you are taking fermented fruit, it is advisable to start out with half a fruit. Pay attention to how your body reacts to the fermented fruit - a rumbling stomach initially is completely normal.

The plums are a natural product and come in varying weights. Therefore, the number of individually wrapped plums in each pack of ShareOriginal^® Plums may vary between packages of the same weight.
