One of the best mild teas. Naturally a bit sweet taste, very relaxing. Have been drinking it for years.

My favourite tea that helps me sleep

I have bought this tea for several years now to help me with anxiety and I use it before bedtime along with mint tea. It calms my nerves and gently relaxes my system. Definitely helps to drift off after a hectic day as well as calms in daytime. I also sometimes combine it with natural valerian tablet to make effect even stronger. Recommend!
