This mask contains Fuller's earth, also called bentonite clay, which is used for cat litter. As it has very strong oil absorbing abilities, it is suitable for very oily and blackhead-prone skin. It is too harsh for sensitive, dry or mature skin. I have sensitive mixed skin and this mask made my skin itch while it was applied. I had to wash it off after 5 minutes, it was too much. My skin felt irritated and was reddish even half an hour later. I like masks in powder form, as they last longer than creamy masks, but there are much better and more gentle clay masks out there for sensitive, dry or mature skin out there.
