Gritty
Rated with 2 out of 5 stars.
I love the concept, but I was disappointed by this product. It was gritty and uncomfortable to use. It was also dark brown which means you’d see the residue on your scalp and it was difficult to get out of the bottom of the shower. I don’t want to go sebum-only but I’d choose that over using this product.

Recommend for sensitive skin!
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
I have a VERY sensitive skin and atopic eczema, but I do not react to this product! I do recommend to try this, especially if your skin is reacting to all the regular shampoos.
I was/are doing the nopoo-method but found none of the different alternatives to shampoos working for me. Then I found this product which, judging from the ingredients, is not really a shampoo as we traditionally understand it. I used this "shampoo" as was instructed on the bottle but it was really not a good experience. Then I figured another way. I mixed one table spoon of the powder with a big bowl of warm-ish water, and I washed my hair with this water. So far this technique is working really well - once a week I slowly distribute the powder-water into the hair and then massage the scalp well with my fingers, after which I wash my hair with regular water (it does take a bit more time but it is worth it). I do not even need to use conditioner, it is enough with my natural oils (which I distribute all the way to the ends with a boar brush).
