I am recovering from a ruptured Achilles. This oil is terrific for massaging away any tensions as the tendon slowly heals. it helps a lot.

Although not its intended use, I found this to be an excellent mosquito repellent and great to soothe any mosquito bites. If I put this oil on I get no bites, the advantage is it is all natural and has a lovely smell and spreads well on the skins and absorbs well. The quality of the oil is very good.
