Consumption recommendation:
Take 1 softgel daily.
1 mg retinol = 3333 IU (vitamin A)
1 mg beta carotene = 555 IU beta carotene
1000 RE (Retinol Equivalent) = 1 mg Rentinol = 6 mg Beta Carotene
