Description

Santulan (Balance) Mouth Oil for Oil Pulling by Himalaya's Dreams cleans and cares for the entire oral cavity including the gums. It consists of the following ingredients:

Organic sesame oil
Organic coconut oil
Organic sunflower oil
Pepper
Rosemary
Celyon cinnamon
Green cardamom

How to use:

Take 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth and suck it through your teeth and gargle for 5-10 minutes.
The oil changes colour turning whitish and pale and becomes thin.
After use, spit into a cloth and dispose of it in your household trash.
Do it after waking up in the morning.
Afterwards, scrape your tongue, brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with a glass of water.
