Whether you're looking to enjoy a cool drink and a rest after a long day or looking to enjoy a cosy drink before bed - Herbaria's Organic Moon Milk - body flow invites you to step back and enjoy a quiet moment. The Ayurvedic spice blend contains Ashwagandha and other herbs and spices that soothe the body and the mind. It has a pleasant consistency and fruity flavour derived from blueberries.

Preparation recommendation:

  • Heat 100–150 ml of milk, oat drink or any other plant-based drink.
  • Place the sachet into the warm milk then mix with a hand blender or whisk and enjoy.
  • You can also foam it up with a milk frother.
  • Sweeten with maple syrup or honey as desired.
