This makeup remover tonic is suitable for all skin types. It is ideal for removing makeup around the face and eyes, reduces swelling and dark circles under the eyes. It is perfect to use in the morning and at night to freshen and tone the skin.

How to use: Apply some tonic to a cotton ball and cleanse the face and the eyes to remove makeup. Repeat using a clean cotton ball.
