Purpose of use: Air freshening with an evaporator.

Description and usage: Made by steam distillation of fir needles. It has yellow brownish color. The scent is very fresh, woody, earthly and a bit sweet. It can help with pulmonary diseases like bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia, flu and others because it is a good cough suppressant. It also stimulates endocrinal glands and circulation. It can help with arthritis, muscle pains (massage), rheumatism and sinusitis.

Blends well with: Blue Chamomile, Frankincense, Lavender, Lemon, and Myrtle essential oils.

Interesting facts: Fir is a tall conifer that lives for a long time. In ancient history it was called the healer of the forest and was used for muscle pain and to help breathing problems. It is indispensable during winter holiday season as a decorated Christmas tree.
